Registration instructions

To attend the Computer Vision Winter Workshop 2017 please follow the instructions below.

You have to register by filling in the registration form and paying the registration fee.
Note that you need to submit the registration form and authorize your payment (posting date) until January 13th, 2017 for the early bird CVWW2017 registration and before January 27th, 2017 for the normal registration respectively. The registration will no longer be possible after January 27th, 2017.

We would kindly ask you to optimize room allocation within your group (if you are a part of a larger group): Please state a preferred room partner in the registration form if you already discussed room arrangements. You may also register for a double room without specifying a preferred room partner, in this case a room partner will be assigned by the organizers. We allocated rooms for CVWW2017 based on the number of particpants of the last years. Please note that although we allow registrations until January 27th,
2017 we can not guarantee that rooms will still be available after January 13th, 2017.

Registration fee

The registration fee covers:

* participation at the workshop
* accommodation for February 6-8 (two nights)
* electronic proceedings on a USB thumb drive with ISBN
* breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner and a conference dinner
* use of the VinoSpa
* organizational costs of the workshop

Registration Form

Please fill in the registration form in order to register for CVWW2017.
Do not forget to also authorize the payment for your registration.

Payment

Use the following information for the payment of your registration fee.
State in the "intended purpose" field: CVWW02017_[your paper id]_[your surname]. For example: CVWW2017_12345_Smith. If you are paying for more than one person at once, you have to state all the surnames/paper ids in the "intended purpose" field.
